Meet the Women Behind Kure
Kure was built by two women who started with little more than a willingness to work hard, learn, and believe that they could create something more for themselves.
Our journeys may have started in different places, but they share the same foundation: perseverance, independence, and the courage to keep growing. We created Kure not only as a place for beauty and self-care, but as a celebration of every woman who is building her own story—wherever she may be starting from.
Trammy Lou
Co-Founder · Entrepreneur · Visionary
Trammy's journey began in sales, earning minimum wage and working her way up one opportunity at a time. Through years of hard work, determination, and a willingness to constantly learn, she grew from an entry-level salesperson into a business leader and entrepreneur, eventually earning her MBA and building and managing multiple businesses across different industries.
Her journey taught her that success isn't defined by where you start—it's shaped by the courage to keep going, growing, and creating opportunities for yourself.
As a woman entrepreneur, Trammy also understands firsthand the pressure that comes with ambition and the many responsibilities women carry. She believes that pursuing your dreams and prioritizing yourself should never be mutually exclusive. Self-care is not simply a luxury; it's a way to recharge, reconnect with yourself, and find the confidence to keep moving forward.
For Trammy, Kure represents that belief: a space where women can celebrate how far they've come, take time for themselves, and feel empowered for wherever they're going next.
Kimmie Lou
Co-Founder · Nail Artist · The Heart of Kure
Kimmie's journey began more than 20 years ago when she first stepped into the nail industry with little experience and much to learn. She started working in a nail salon without knowing much about the craft, but what she lacked in experience, she made up for with determination.
Through countless hours of practice and a commitment to teaching herself and improving her skills, Kimmie transformed from a beginner into an experienced nail artist and entrepreneur. Her journey wasn't built overnight—it was built through patience, perseverance, and the belief that where you begin doesn't determine where you can go.
Today, with more than two decades of experience, Kimmie brings her artistry, knowledge, and passion to the heart of Kure. Her story is a reminder that you don't have to know everything when you start. You simply have to be willing to start, believe in yourself, and never stop growing.
Together, Trammy and Kimmie's stories are at the heart of Kure—a brand built by women, inspired by women, and created to remind every woman that no matter where her journey begins, she has the power to create her own path.
